Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Validity
Our gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on your confirmation email and balance check.

Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively at Velmari / velmaristyle.com.

• They may be used for full or partial payment of any product available online.

• If the purchase value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Balance Enquiries
You may check your gift card balance at any time by contacting us at support@velmaristyle.com.

Non-Refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.

Exchanges & Returns
If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to a new gift card.

Legal Notice
Gift cards are subject to UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
